Delivery

Orders are shipped from 1 to 3 working days after being received. Tracking number is automatically sent via email once the package is dispatched.

Our estimated times for postage delivery and standard charges via DHL EXPRESS are:

• Italy – 1 to 3 days delivery – €10,00
• EU countries – 3 to 5 days delivery – €25,00
• Non EU European Countries – 3 to 7 days delivery – €25,00
• North America, Asia and Australia – 5 to 7 days delivery – €50,00

 

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders over €350,00

 

A signature will be required for any shipment, before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

 

The price of each product includes 22% VAT and other applicable taxes for Italian Customers and European Union’s Customers. Customer’s ordering from non-Eu countries will receive a 22% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once your delivery details are complete. 

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs, import duties or handling fees. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the recipient to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control and tend to vary from country to country so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be.

For more accurate and current information, we suggest contacting your local customs office who will be able to explain a break down of your duties.

Customers must take full liability for parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges and should expect to have postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling deducted from any refund due.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All items on SALE and from the ARCHIVE category – including Sneakers – are not eligible for any return or exchanges. All orders placed within these categories shall be deemed to be placed with the consent and acceptance of this condition.

 

To proceed to exchange or return, items must be in their original condition with no damage, sign of usage or washing, and they must be sent back in the original parcel box/ bag with no missing elements, including, but not limited to original packaging, dust bag, spare shoelaces, price tags, brand labels etc. Failure to do so will result in refusal of the parcel and the return being shipped back to the Customer. Shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.

 

If you like to return an item for exchange (we don’t offer refund), please send us an email request. Our customer service will try to reply to and confirm the request as soon as possible. After our confirmation of exchange, the package(s) are expected to be sent to us within 7 calendar days after the confirmation date. Items returned after 14days and without our pre-confirmation will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

 

We provide measurements in our listings, please check them before making a purchase. We try our best to describe and photograph the actual condition of all items.
