We use DHL Express for all regions and countries.
Orders placed:
• Monday to Friday before 12:00: same day shipping
• Tuesday to Thursday after 12:00: next day shipping
• Friday after 12:00 to Sunday: next Monday shipping
Estimated times for delivery (and standard charges):
• Italy – 1 to 3 working days – €15.00
• Europe – 1 to 5 working days – €30.00
• Other countries – 5 to 7 working days – €60.00

A signature will be required for any shipment, before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.

TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES
All product prices include 22% VAT and any applicable taxes for customers within Italy and the European Union.
Customers ordering from non-EU countries will receive a 22% VAT deduction at checkout, once delivery details are entered.
Please note that, depending on the value of your order, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot estimate the amount, as they vary from country to country.
For precise and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting your local customs office, which can provide a detailed breakdown of any applicable duties and charges.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be held fully responsible. Any refund issued will have postal fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees deducted accordingly.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
RETURN PROCESS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return unworn items with labels attached within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure all returns are:

Well packaged to prevent damage during transit.

All footwear boxes are covered with a protective outer layer.

Sent via a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Clearly marked “Returned Items” on the outer packaging, and the “Return Goods” option ticked on the customs form if applicable.
Cost of returns
Returns are not covered by SOTA, so please use your local postal service or courier. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking information.

Processing time
We usually process returns within 5–7 working days of receiving them in our warehouse. Delivery speed depends on the service you choose for the return.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item — for example, to change the size or switch to a different model — please include the details of your request in your email. Make sure to check product availability on our website before reaching out.
If the item you requested an exchange for is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and the condition of the item has been inspected, we will process the refund. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the date of receipt for the return to be processed.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
