DESCRIPTION
Masala chai is a tea that originated in India and is made by boiling black tea leaves in milk and adding fragrant spices such as cloves and cinnamon. Making use of natural flavors, the delicate sense of balance that has been passed down over a long history has been used to express the deep richness of chai and the spiciness created by a variety of spices.
